Your Ticket/ Wristband grants you celebrity area to the event, and gives you access to all Main Stage events like celebrity Q&A panels and cosplay contests, Creator Stage panels and events, our expansive vendor market and artist alley featuring vendors and artists from all over the United States, our Kidz Zone with crafts and activities like laser tag, our Game Arena with console games, tournaments and arcades, and after parties featuring musical performances. Celebrity autographs & photos are not included with your admission ticket and can be purchased separately at the celebrity guests's booth or the professional photo op booth.

Autograph prices are set by each celebrity’s agent just prior to the show and some may announce day of the show. However, you can expect to pay between $30-$100 for autographs, selfies, and phone photos at the table depending on the celebrity guest. ATMs will be available on site. You may bring personal items or each celebrity will provide photographs to be signed which are included with the autograph price.

The full photo-ops schedule is listed on our website at least one week prior to the show. We ask everyone to show up to the photo-ops area at least 15 minutes before that session's scheduled start time. Each session has a start time, but no scheduled end time. The session will continue until the last person in line receives their photo-op. So, if you're late, you risk missing the session entirely. As the schedule is made available ahead of time, refunds will not be given for missed photo-op sessions.

Our refund policy requires customers to provide a 45-day notice to receive a full refund. For those seeking a partial refund, a 30-day notice is necessary. If the notice is given within 30 days of the Event , no refund will be granted. This policy ensures adequate time for processing and helps maintain our commitment to quality service for all customers.
